I'v been hearing and reading about the Kel-Tec30. I had not seen any in the gun stores as of yet. Has anybody heard anything about this gun? Is it out yet? I called Kel-Tec about 3mos. ago and asked when the gun was going to available. They said by the end of April or May 2010. Hope it turns out to be a OK pistol. I been looking for a 22 magnum handgun for a while when I heard of this one. |

I had my dealer order me one, several months ago.Who knows, when it will come in.
It's funny how all the mfg's have the products on display at the SHOT show, but can't seem to produce the crap.
And then they wonder why the public doesn't buy their stuff. |

I got a flyer at my store last week, I think it was from Ellett Brothers.
They're in stock. I think the price was around $279 |

The Excel pistol is a nice gun,but the magazine only holds 8 rounds, and the pistol is pretty large. Not something you will try to CC. |

WOW! the Kel Tec is 7.9 inches and 19.6oz (loaded). the Excel is 12.8 at 54 oz. Quite a diff. Maybe I think this out before I buy. |

I want a Kel-Tec PMR-30. I am unwilling to be a guinea pig though. I will let others do the T&E and buy a "gen 2" later this year. __________________ In life, strive to take the high road....It offers a better field of fire.
