Default just bought a ruger 10/22

A friend needed money and was offloading her brand new ruger , a hard case, a thousand or so rounds of 22 and a $50 scope. Picked it up for 250...good enough deal?

Casey,

Certainly an honorable thing to do for a friend! And the Ruger 10-22 is one of the best little rifles out there for the money, quality and dependability. It is a fine rifle and great deal!

I kind of feel like I'm stealing it with the ammo, but gave her the option of buying it back when she gets back on her feet. Hate seeing someone have to sell their guns to pay bills. But, she's a nurse and hopefully will be getting a better job with more hours soon!

I just did a similar thing. Picked up a 10/22 with 2 mags, a decent scope, soft case, 400 rounds of ammo for $100. I felt bad as well, but this is from a cousin whom I shoot with several times a month, so he'll still be able to take it out. Nice little rifle...
