Ok here's my situation I want either an Henry Ar-7 or a Marlin Papoose which I heard is better and I also heard that they aren't as common (would that mean I would need to order 1or 2 ) but how would I have it registered if it's mailed to my house ? I have never ordered one before and is starting to find it cheaper ( especially after my local gun shop screwed me over ) so my question is how would I get is registered in my name and all the legal stuff for the cheapest price and quickest ?

You order it from a reputable dealer online, they don't ship it to your house. They ship it to an FFL in your area, and you go fill out the paperwork and get it from them.

Thank you for that and have you had any experience with a marlin Papoose Ar-7 or 10/22 if so which do u prefer

No experience with either. Have a Mossberg .22 and wife has a Higgins, old bolt action. I just am not that big a fan of .22's.

Ah well thanks for the info thinking of going with a 10/22 with a tapco interface stock with a rail mount on the receiver put a shooters edge red dot and get a couple 25 round mag holders and one for the stock

The Marlin papoose 70-P or 70-PSS is a fine rifle
It is the same action as the Marlin 795...and the box-mag fed version of the Marlin 60.
They all share most parts & accessories...which gives you plenty to choose from

Darn precise and easy to store, comes with a floating carry case.
If you want to make it even more foldable & storable, add a Ramline Folding stock next time you see one on Ebay/gun auction sites...
Or you can mod any of the Boyd's Laminate stocks...6 styles available...

There are quite a few mods available for Marlins...do an internet search for "Big Shrek 60/795 accessories"...
