Default help me identify this gun???

ok i recently acquired a rifle,its a remington i know,i looked a code wich was LLR and i guess thats the date code because it said febuary of 1946 and the gun says remington.22 short.long then under that or long rifle and the LLR was in the bottom right and the top right is a 37,whats the model number and how much is it worth, and also i cant find a serial number?

It seems to be a cut down Remington Model 37 Rifle. I am not sure I would be posting it!!!!

Serial #'s weren't required until the 60's.
