I have a chance to get a Hamilton Model 27 "Boy's Rifle" and I would like to know more about them. The one I am looking at has a 15" or perhaps a 14 7/8" barrel which would present a problem here in CA as that would be considered to be a "Short Barreled Rifle" (SBR). I cannot find a serial number on it at all.
