How will they be cooked?
Curious, as I've never eaten squirrel.

I only eat the back legs which I prolly will throw on the grill after soaking in a brine for atleast three hours

If there wasn't such a heavy penalty for hunting them, I would gladly join you on that hunt....well maybe not. I'd rather get the ones in my town first, then I'd come and join you. Haha

Seriously? Seems wasteful. Just quarter them, salt, pepper, flour, and fry them tree rats!

I've been squirrel hunting for about 2weeks. These suckers are nesting under my house and trying to chew there way into my mud room after the dog food. Other than shooting them I'm not sure how to get them out of here. Any suggestions? Ill try anything. Or if anyones hungry dinners in the tree.
