Because the American RIMFIRE is new,..just released last week. It already takes some 10/22 stuff,..give it a few weeks and they will have one.

The overall length of that rifle is 33" and the LOP is 13". I am quite short and the rifle fits me very well. A full sized rifle is hard for me to handle. Yes, it is a beautiful custom paint job on an excellent rifle.

She wants a pink (preferably hot pink) .22 cal bolt action or lever action rifle. She is about a 5'6 so I don't know how well a youth rifle will work for her. Anyone run into this before and can help me out?
At 5'6" with a "normal" build she needs a full size gun. Even the shorter 10-22 model will be too short for her. I wish you a lot of luck.

If I said " The problem is shes a girls" !! around my daughters I would probably get a whack in the back of the head. But that aside HOGUE has a good pink stock for ruger.
http://www.hoguestore.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=653_110&pro ducts_id=6496

How about you make a ruger worth while and buy a nice used one add a 2lb trigger group to it. Like this

http://www.clarkcustomguns.com/clk743d.html

OR

http://www.coolguyguns.com/Ruger-10-22-trigger-job-kit_p_95.html and a

next would be a barrel from FJ fedderson
https://www.1022rifle.com/buy/barrel

Then she will have a custom .22lr that will put must any other see at a range to shame !!

Check out Boyd's stocks. They have a pink laminate that goes on the 10/22. I think they also have one for the Marlin 60, another good choice for a starter gun, and less expensive.
