Default daisy V/L rifle?

Soo I just bought a collectors edition Daisy V/L caseless 22. rifle.
I've learned a little about them but im always looking for more info.
particlarly if anyone knows where i can buy caseless rounds for it?

they only made them from 1968 to 1969 when they had to stop making them because daisy was not legally able to manufacture firearms soo they decided to quit instead of getting into the market.

Doesn't look expensive to shoot either

Questions: What are those brass things in the gun case? also Is that an ejection port a few inches behind the rear site; i thought the point of caseless ammo was to avoid wasting power ejecting a shell?

I also wonder why Daisy didn't come back out with this in the 80's when they did a more traditional .22 rifle. Very cool collectors item.

yea i really lucked up with this one

the only problem with shooting it is that they don't make the 22v/l rounds anymore

the brass things are wall mounts soo you can put it on display.
the port is for loading the round after it is fired there is nothing left to eject.
ill try to get some pics of the ammo when i can. It looks like a pellet with a eraser fused to it.
