If prices between the two were comparable, I'd probably choose the 53. Better to have the set trigger and not need it than find yourself in a situation where you do need it when you don't have it!
The CZ will be accurate, so a quality fixed power scope of about 6x should suit your new rifle well. The effective range of the .22lr round is about 80 metres so a 6 power will suffice for all ranges you'll be shooting. A 33mm objective diameter should do well for shooting during the day but choose a 40mm objective if you'll be spotlighting or shooting at dawn/dusk.
