Cheap scope for silhouette shooting

I just bought my very first rifle, CZ 452 .22lr , and I need a scope for silhouette shooting. I'm not competing just yet so the cheaper the better.
Any suggestions will be appreciated,
Thanks

Check and make sure that your rings & bases raise the occular high enough for the bolt to clear when cycling. Czs are great but a lil different when it comes to scopes. You may want to look into the leupold 11 mm High rings. Just some info that may be helpful.

If you really just want a cheap cheap scope go to The Sportsmans Guide website and look at their scopes they have many scopes in a good variety under $75. But remember you get what you pay for. If your just plinking right now these scopes will get the job done but if you do start to compete definitely invest some good money in a nicer higher quality scope. Also congratulations on your new gun!

For just plinking and hunting a simmons 8 point will do the job. I have one that is 4x fixed power. It is durable and holds it's point of impact. I have a sightron in the drawer that can't manage to beat the $40 scope. Sure for shooting targets the sightron is a better scope but it's hard to find a moving coyote in a 12x scope at close range.

I like the 4-16x-40AO that they sell at Wal-Mart for $70. I've got one on my Savage Mark II BV. Good clear scope at all ranges and good magnification for the price.

i found the BSA sweet 22 at the local dicks sporting goods here where im from for $59 with rings , i picked it up for my daughter's 22 , we havent had a chance to bag it in yet but so far we are really happy with it the clarity seems just as good as my nikon

I'm also fond of the CP scopes sold at Walmart for inexpensive, yet pretty darn good scopes.
I've got a variety of' em...all the way up to the 4-16x40AO on my Marlin 25MN...my coyote smoker :)

Wasn't fond of the included rings tho...switched to Weaver see-thru rings to allow the scopecovers to fit on...

$35 cheap enough?...i have used this scope awhile....cheap, but gets the job done....i value for the $ imo.
