CCI Quiet 22
 

Anyone tried this stuff? I have a HK mp5 and would like to try it out. I just wondered if it cycled ok.

I've not had good luck with many low velocity 22 Ammo's in any semi auto, but cool rounds for revolvers or lever guns. They are very quiet. They did shoot well out of semi autos, they just don't cycle

I spent a bunch on Ely subsonic hollow points. Haven't tried them in my 10/22 yet I've not heard good things.

I've heard of no auto's cycling with Quiet ammo. I tried some in a bolt gun and in that particular gun accuracy was rather poor. was quiet though.

I shoot it in my 10-22 and 22/45. I cycle the bolt manually and accuracy is good but will not shoot to the same point of aim as higher velocity rounds. I use it for plinking and training grandkids to shoot.

It's typically listed in the description that semi-auto weapons will require manual bolt cycling with quiet and subsonic ammo.

I know I can adjust my bolt for subsonics . Maybe ill try some.

Kind of takes away the fun of 25 round magazines.
