Range will depend on which rifle, which shooting position, and how good you are. I have a heavy barreled Savage 93 that, from the bipod, will hold groups under 1 inch at 100. But I also had a lightwight Mossberg that was nowhere near as accurate.
What we have here is... failure- to communicate.
