Depends on what you want in a .22 rifle = 10/22's are GREAT = Marlin 60's are GREAT but you will never be able to customize like a 10 if you want to in the future. CZ's bolt action are absolute tack drivers right out of the box, so if your going to hunt small game get a CZ = I own several 10/22's - have shot countless Marlin 60's and LOVE both but you cannot get the inherent accuracy from them that you can from a good bolt action (I sound like my father=RIP Dad) he was right and after 40 years of shooting I agree with POP 100% = depends on what you want from your rifle friend.

Marlin model 60, CZ rims, savage 93 , Ruger 10-22 need a little upgrading to be a tack driver. But parts are really easy to find for that

I think the little Browning semi-auto that my dad left me was my favorite. It was stolen years ago I plan on getting another soon. I do like this Henry. I've only had it a short time though so I can't recommend it just yet. It's very accurate and digests shorts and LR's without a glitch.

You should not have to "Accuratize) any 10/22 it should be accurate out of the box with ammo it likes. A Marlin 60 on average will shoot rings around a stock 10/22. This is just an other reason I gave up on Ruger years ago. Too many mediocre guns coming out of their factory. If you want a plinker and can shooter fine but I like accurate guns. That is why I have two Marlin Model 80 bolt actions. They are from the 60's I am guessing since both have the grooved for scope receivers and both are tack drivers.

I LOVE CZ Bolt actions for accuacy. I have a friend who bought the Trainer and at 200 meters using Wolf Match/Target (Lapuas seconds/blems) it will put them in the same hole plus or minus an inch. Im not lying or exagerating = I watched him do it with a spotting scope. He had to get some pretty slick mounting/rings in order to get enough MOA but it made my jaw drop AND I bought a CZ. I have the 455 American = comes with factory floated barrel and you can buy barrels in .22lr/.22WMR and 17HMR from Cz America for about $125 a piece. Receiver is billet steel and Barrels are cold hammer forged. Stock is BEAUTIFUL solid walnut (the kind of beautiful that makes you not want to take out in the woods and scratch or ding. The best part of this is the rifle cost me $350 with 1 barrel from CTD (I dont do business with them anymore cause of theyre ridiculous price gouging after Sandy Hook) but Im telling you guys that me and my bud are shooting extreme rimfire comp against Anchutz,Winchester 52's and holding our own for alot less money. Buy one,use good mounts-rings and some good glass and you'll not be disappointed.
