Default AMT Rifles?

Does anyone know how the AMT Rifle company ended up going out of business?

AMT did go out of business, But was purchased by another company, they are still making pistols, but not sure about rifles. They are still using the AMT name.

Rickrem is correct that Arcadia Machine and Tool is in different hands. I don't keep up with companys that much and have nothing useful to add except that their backup series were plagued with issues such as trigger pull weight and relibility.
