Default Leveraction Side eject .22's

Im not aware of any currently mfg .22rimfire leveractions that eject from the top.

The Winchester 9422, model 250,
Marlin 1891, 1892, 1897, 39, 56, 57
Ithaca 49 and 72 (the single shot model 49 was a moc lever -martini type action)
Remington Nylon 76
Ruger 96/22
Browning BL22
Norinco JW21
Henry
Mossberg 464 & 464SPX, 464ZMB
They all ejected from the side.

The only top popers I'm currently aware of are pump action's (old winchesters, current and recently discontinued models of Taurus and Rossi, **).
other brands of pump action rimfires exist but way to many to mention, most were side ejecters

Photo's featured below
#1 and #2 are winchester 9422
#3 is the Remington 76
#4 is Winchster 250
#5 Ruger 96/22
#6 Norinco JW21
#7 is the Mossberg 464 SPX/ZMB multi position synthetic stock option (std 464 wood stocked looks like a Henry or a Norinco)

Agree, don't know of any 22 levers that eject from the top.
