I am a fan of the .22 mag, especially the new ammo that is coming out, but I only have one and it's a pistol. I bought a Marlin .17 hmr a few years ago which is a great little cartridge, but every time I use it to get food, the folks in the deli section freak out.

I use it on everything from Coyote on down

Marlin 25MN, the grandpappy of the XT22M...trigger job, bipod, sling, scope, and pillar escutcheons...
what it does, for what little it cost...is what started my Marlin Madness...gotta luv finding sub-MOA for $85 + accessories
