I have a single six with 22 mag and 22 lr. The mag is awesome shooting birds and squirrels with. It puts a nice hole in the target to

I wanted to get one with a heavy barrel,but can't get one in LH.
Check again, Txhillbilly. I'm getting a SS, LH Savage 93R re barreled from 17HMR to 22 Mag. Savage is doing this for 95 bucks. Apparently your gun dealer can order it DIRECTLY from Savage.

Or a 56 (.22LR)?

I freekin LOVE those!! Hard to find...but I did snag a 1963 Marlin 56 from a pawn shop.
