Quick question that has probably been answered before. Is it safe to shoot cb caps in a bolt action 22wmr rifle? Loaded 1 at a time of course. I would like to later buy a rifle just for cb caps, any suggestions? Thanks in advance for the help.

A 22 CB will not even really chamber in a 22wmr. The 22 mag case and rim are bigger than the 22lr and 22cb. That and that is an awful long way to travel with no support meaning the jump form the case mouth to the rifling that WILL cause damage to your rifle. It will also cause some horrible leading to occur in the chamber. That would be a pain to clean.
the ONLY rifles you may SAFELY fire CB caps in are .22 short, .22 long, or.22long rifle chambered rifles. The only rifles to SAFELY fire CB long caps are .22 long & .22LR chambered firearms. The short answer is DON'T DO IT in a .22 wmr (.22magnum)!!!!!!!!
