Winds, Jake- please read what I posted. That is the FEDERAL law which applies everywhere in the US. That is also the law that a DEALER is licensed under. If a DEALER (including WalMart) gets caught selling any ammo to a 16 yr old, the BATFE will take their license in a heartbeat. No geography to it. __________________

so it looks like i can buy 22lr's. these laws are weird in illinois. its like the pistol law, i can posses a pistol at 18,im 19 but cant purchess through a ffl? that stupid. | |

I remember buying .45 acp, 9mm and 22 when I was 18. Of course that was for my Thompson, Uzi & 10-22. So far as I know the law in AZ hasn't changed | |

I could make a list of a bunch of guns i have, or "have", or wish I had. Why would one feel compelled to provide that infornation freely? Do you feel the need to show off? Is it some immature game of oneupsmanship?
