Default .22 in a .22 magnum

Can you put standard .22 lr rounds through a .22 magnum without any problems?

Yes, it can damage the firearm. Yes, it can damage you. The .22 LR is a smaller diameter casing than 22 magnum. It is going to split the cartridge casing. It is going to blow hot gasses out, along with itty bitty pieces of brass shrapnel.
