If it's in good condition as you said....that's a good price with all the other stuff. But do you know how old it is? And what is "good" condition by your definition?
You need to know if it was "rode hard and put down wet." Or, if it was well-maintained (and 10/22s are EASY to take care of), you probably have a pretty good deal there. I would buy it if I didn't already have one and didn't have to pay for shipping like you don't.
