I didn't get any pics of the gun with the new barrel on it before I dropped it off at the gunsmith to thread the muzzle for a silencer and to drill and tap the barrel for a front peep sight base. It will be with the gunsmith for a couple months.

I imagine that this barrel would look just like the 22" stainless "Wal Mart Special" barrel. Well, this GM barrel has the shallow flutes. But it is stainless, and it's sporter weight.

gunsmoker would you tell me the type of ammo and brand please, i haven't found the type my sporter likes yet. i've been thru 4 so far. i've had some good luck with the cci minimag, but as we all know we'd like to get that group a little smaller. i'd sure appreciate it.. Happy Shootin"

I'd like to find a 'for cheap' .22 barrel that could be pinned in a Romanian M69. Need the 1in 9 twist though. I want to shoot the Agilla 60 gr. rounds.
