Yhm, rra, cmmg
I have the opportunity to finally buy a stripped lower to start my new AR build and my local gun store has just gotten a few in, in the brands listed on the subject. The RRA is 125, YHM is 120 and the cmmg is 115 I believe. Is there that much of a difference in them? I'm leaning towards the YHM

Good stripped lowers, go with the best price.

I have used YHM, E&A and RRA lowers and all are the same. I would go with the best price.

Yeah...what they said^^^^.
I have a YHM lower and like it. Nice fit and finish...no 1st hand experience with the others but read generally good things about them. Go with best price...right now it's a sellers market so act fast.

I ended up with the YHM since I've already had a RRA and while I did like it, I liked the YHM logo better and they knocked 5 bucks off the price. I also ordered a PSA MOE Gen2 LPK

I don't think you'd make a bad choice by going with any of those.

I haven't quite decided yet. I know it'll be 16" with a non heavy barrel in 5.56, not sure of mid length or carbine, although I'm leaning towards mid. I am also not sure if I want the A2 sight or not. Need to go reread Tikki's sticky again

I found a BCM Mid-Length upper with no BCG or hand guard for 419.99 total. Is that a good price?

Don't forget to add the price of a charging handle, too.
Upper $420
BCG $130
BCMCH $45
Magpul forearm $45
Total pretax or $640
shipping
If you go with a free float rail add $100 or so
I don't know that it it is a great deal, but right now is not a buyer's market, you may not find many great deals.
