Default Wilson Tactical AR

Have an opportunity to purchase a Wilson AR.
It an older one built by Ryan Wilson. Looks like he used a dpms barrel and other parts??? The only markings I see are the Wilson Tactical lower and dpms 1:9 on the barrel. Looks very clean and used very little.
Any opinions on this??

since its second hand its very possible to be a toss together parts gun somone is passing off as a complete wilson. they do sell recievers. i dont believe wilson firearms would outsource barrels from dpms. but i could be wrong.

The DPMS barrel caught my attention as well. You can always call Wilson and ask.

Yeah. The dpms barrel bothers me too. I'll look into it.
I think earlier on dpms made better stuff than they do now based on what I've read.

Yeah I bet the AR has an inflated price but with that barrel no doubt the bolt and other parts have been "economized" too. I'd pass. You can do your own build much better than this one.
