hey Tunafisherman, what's the top rifle in that pic you posted? It looks like an M&P 15-22 almost but the barrel looks different than the ones i've seen.

If you're looking for cheap Model 1 Sales has all the parts you can find in one place at decent prices, if you go shopping around a bit you can probably find some of them at lower prices but if you get em all in one place I think it'll save some on shipping.

bad idea around here man, every gun show i go to its just to put some thing in my hand so i can go home and order it later......

every one i have been too every thing there is 3 times the usal price not to mention the $20 just to get in + park. last one i went to there was a guy selling a russian SKS for $800 and PSL'S for just under $2k.

wasr's were going for $700. just not ever going to pay them prices

sorry to hear that, the ones around here are great usually, I just picked up a Mosin-Nagant finally last week, I paid 210 after Tax and got the Rifle and a Can of Ammo, If i'd of ordered it online would have been between 99-125 for the rifle, plus the FFL Transfer cost and shipping, and the ammo cans were 95+ shipping. Same with just about everything there, Bushmasters/DPMS for around 700 assembled, only things seemingly "high" are some of the older weapons and one guy who thinks all his stuff is just AMAZING apparently because he wanted between 100 and 200 more than everyone else there for the same things, He had an old 1911 for 1000 when I could turn around and buy a nice new one for 1100.

The ACRs i ran across were the only things really close to retail at 2300

I'd say you have to dig deep and be patient to get a true milspec, dependable AR for $600. The average person won't be likely to do it. But I do like your idea of the pencil barrel on your A2 upper receiver.

The key word is "dependable". What does that mean to you? To me it means BCD dependable - BCM, Colt, Daniel Defense.

It pains me to quote that kind of grammar!
