Default who can find a cheaper "complete" upper

So far I found this
!!! - DPMS Panther A3 Lite-16 Complete Upper Receiver- 5.56 NATO - Surplus Ammo
$379

hell I will even settle for used if I could get it cheaper, now IM talking about COMPLETE, another words bolt carrier group and charging handle

Please don't preach about the u get what u pay for thing. IM just building a simple blasting/bumpfire iron sights only light as possible M4.

I already put big money in one. Now IM going cheap on the other

This is what I do have

And this is what IM building, I already have the lower, but IM getting the stock, and handguards soon. I do want it to have an A2 upper but Ill settle for any thing being as I have a spare A2 upper.

Palmetto State Armory has good uppers. Most would say that they are much better than the DPMS. They come complete and are mil-spec.

No comment, otherwise I'll start preaching!

Really the definition of "cheap" is variable. Because if you're going to spend 400 bucks on that, then later on spend another 200-300 on upgrades to it you might want so spend a little extra and buy one that's already equipped with a free float quadrail and so forth.

if you head over to the gun broker and shop around a bit you can get some decent deals on quality parts. There is a guy that builds full YHM stuff and his are usually "buy now" at 485, can also find some of the other manufacturers stuff there for pretty decent prices(sometimes) since it's bidding you can get lucky, but sometimes you can't.

Also Model 1 Sales, I don't use them because I am picky and build most of my stuff but you might find them interesting.

Not modding any thing, I want a simple cheap M4/A2 that light and useful just like this pic, no free float, or over priced mod stock, no custom grip, and a simple fixed carry handle with irons only.

Just like this, stock, handguards, A2 upper, and pencil barrel.
