On polymer lowers you need to keep an eye on where the buffer tube threads in they have a tendency to crack there.

The diffeerence between ars and aks is huge. Ars are like a fine woman. She needs treated well, and polished up on a regular basis. But when you put her to work, she likes to be lubed up well, and treated proper.

Aks are more like the slut in your fanticies. She looks good, smells good, but is nasty. She likes a roll in the hay, or sand or dirt, or gravel, whatever. And to make her happy all ya have to do is get the bigger rocks out of her hair.

I bought one of the New Frontier Armory lowers and it has performed very well so far. Trigger was much better than most. I've put it through some abuse just to check it out and it has held up very well. I put it on an Armalite 20" HB A2 lower, added a rubber buttpad and the rifle balances very well, just in front of the magwell. Pretty much perfect. After my experience, I'd say the lower it GTG. People are always leery of something new, and rightly so, but they've been around long enough now to have worked out the bugs. They also have a Lifetime Warranty, so if anything happens you just send it back. From what I've read, NFA has good customer service. I'm very pleased with the performance of mine.

GP ---- Georgia Arms sell at all our local gun shows, I've bought their ammo for years; 45LC - 30.06 - .270 WIN. All have shot well & brass was first line brass, the 45Lc is all starline, I reload so that was a plus. Have not bought much from them in a few years though but friends that do still have no problems. Don't know about the .223 . Hope this helps. Semper Fi Mickey
