I can't really add to the barrel suggestions you already got but will say the M&P-15 is a great lower, my first stripped lower was the same. Really smooth in every way. Did you get the new version with the integrated trigger guard?

Hope your build goes well!

To be honest, I can't remember lol It's sitting in the safe at the shop until Sat. I can't wait to pick it up lol I'll let you know when I get my hands on it again.

Yeah they introduced a new lower last year in the Sport and now it's seen in other new models at Shot 2012. Looks good, pretty much the same as the old one but with the trigger guard. I've been wondering if they now sell it stripped.

Nordic has a great rep for making some of the best dedicated .22lr uppers in the biz.

This Barrel seems like a new venture for them. Don't know if its good or not. HEY NOW, weren't you looking for a 20" ><

Yes lol I was/am looking for a 20" -__- GAH! I'm getting a little impatient lol I think I'll stick it out. Like you said, 20" barrels aren't too common, and I prefer to stand out a little bit.

My ArmaLite upper has a Wilson Arms barrel and I'm not impressed with the loose chamber. No problems with it but but the brass has a small bulge, more than my other AR or most range brass I see. Not dangerous but would be annoying if I reloaded and fortunately I mainly use steel case anyway. I probably would have complained but the rifle is so darn reliable. Mine might be unusual but I'd keep that in the back of your mind about Wilson.
