Default What do you think.......?

I've seen some ar uppers that convert your ar-15\m4 lowers into a belt-fed .22 lr squad automatic weapon or "saw". Whats your thoughts or opinions?

There was a similar thread to this at one time.

My thoughts are... Very cool, but a bit impractical. have fun if you want to do it.

It's not full auto is it?

Yes,its full auto,some were on you tube this guy burns up something like 35 boxs of ammo for a world record "most rounds fired in a single trigger pull"

You want to pay attention to the laws on that.

I'm pretty sure that constitutes building a machine gun, and it takes the right permits and licenses and such.

I appriciate the leagal standpoint,but this is more of a yea or nea,pros vs. cons type of question but I still do enjoy the feedback thanks

Nay. Seems like a ridiculous waste of money to me. I also don't see how it could possibly be reliable.
