So did u guys shoot. 223 ammo in the course or 22 lr. I know due to the cost of ammo and shortages some of these classes are running. 22 lr in the courses. As far as the nose on the ch I guess that's their personal preference , Sounds like a good group and you guys learned & had fun. That's what it is all about

We shot 223/5.56. I used Steel case WPA. Everyone else ran brass.

Another drill was the instructors took a mag from each of us and mixed in a spent casing to help us practice clearing malfunctions.

this afternoon i put the muzzlebrake back on my bcm middy so i could use the surefire fa762k i just got the stamp for on friday. last time i tried it i wasnt too sure but im going to give it another shot so to speak.



with the 30cal supressor



dont know how well its going to work with a 556 through a 30cal suppressor but i shall find out saturday. im waiting for the silencerco saker 556 suppressor however

It takes some getting used 2 that's for sure. I think giggle is a good name for it

Had a family friends daughter Tuesday afternoon and she decided she wanted to learn to shoot my AR... so we made a day of it. She was super scared at first but after the first shot she went and grabbed one of my 30 round pmags and emptied it, and she helped me clean it. It's a good feeling teaching her gun safety and shooting.

I got to clean my personal AR at work today. Being in the Army has some advantages. I took her out to stretch her legs for Labor day, she got 300 rounds of hell yeah!
