Check out black hole weaponry you can order one without threads. They only do polygonal rifling and are supposed to be great barrels.

Built my first pistol! 5.56 10 1/2" barrel. Troy Battle Sights. Sightmark Zombie series green reflex sight (used acetone to remove stupid green logo). Magpul AFG grip, Noveskie QD end plate, Troy QD mount on front left, magpul sling, Nitromet BCG, Rainier Arms Raptor charging handle.

Looking forward to a range report. I've built a couple pistols for customers but never really got any trigger time on them beyond function testing. Looks great, I really like the compensator on a pistol. Good look.

Thanks, will check them out. Yes, NJ is bad... Just heard from a buddy who is shooting competitively that the clamp on's are definitely NOT the way to go... sounds like he has seen a few go downrange. I think I'm gonna need to pin it. Thanks for you help and I will definitely look at Black hole.
