Quentin and MikeJK, don't flame me...LOL...but could you 2 please explain why you prefer mid length over the carbine length?

Carbine tubes are great for 14.5 inch barrels. Thats what they are designed for. In 16 inch barrels it fan cause feed issues rough ejection harsher recoil.

Typically not a huge isue with guns like colt noveske dd etc but its still a rougher recoil cycle than it needs be.

Ive got all three rifle has the best feel followed by mid which is not bad. Carbine is really noticable compared to mid or rifle.

Even a midlength is a little more work to control the gun.

If you're running a FSP it'll give you a longer sight radius. I don't. JonM covered the reasons I like mid length.
