That is exactly what I used to start my first build (RRA lower and DPMS LRPK). While you are waiting for the other parts, you can do a little buff on the trigger action if you get bored and want a little nicer trigger pull. Now that I have my Flat Top, bull barrell AR built, I ran into a great deal on an Armalite stripped lower... Still thinking about that one and have 3 other projects going on! You just took a step towards the slippery slope. You are SOOO screwed!!!

I have been looking at that real hard! Which barrel length? The 9" or 16"?

Fixxer

That sounds like a good idea. I will have to read up on that. Don't want to mess it up!

I thought you could print the forms off of the internet. Or have you already sent it off?

I called my local gun shop and asked what I needed to do. He told me to call the BATF. So after a few different office's giving me numbers to other offices. I got a number to the NFA and transferred twice ending in a voice mail. (sorry for the novel) Still don't know how or where to get the paperwork.

Link to BATF FAQ with form references...others may chime in but I believe that you need Form 4...
