What era, and do you want rifle or carbine?

A1, A2, A3, M4, DSMR?

Get a good quality Colt, Bravo Co., etc. M4 clone, leave most of the stock stuff on it, sand off most if the anodizing, get some green or tan duct tape and para cord, drag it behind an ATV, and put a ACOG on it and you should be good to go after you clean every speck of dirt off of it.
