I would expect any quality sight like Troy to be at the standard flat top/milspec height just like the MBUS. It would be insane for them to do otherwise.
The only exceptions should be the commercial height stuff that Bushmaster, ArmaLite, DPMS and others use (because they used the old A2 height FSB, not F-marked FSB, thus their rear sights had to be lower, the same height as an integrated A2 carry handle).
(I found this out when I bought a used Colt carry handle and tried to zero with the A2 height front sight on an ArmaLite upper. Once I got a taller sight post for the front, then the milspec carry handle worked fine and so did standard rear sights like the MBUS.)
