Peabody I have a PP in the 16 inch bbl and its a blast, and I dont think that groups of an inch at 50 yards with iron sights are to bad.
inch at 50 ? heck no.. thats purty good fer irons.
i for one sure wouldn't want you shoioting at me !!!
with my old vietnam era ''rifle'' im doing 1 to 1 1/2 at 100' but my eyes aint what they oonce was.
but the rifle length sights is what saves me' i need that front sight as far forward as i can get it.
1bigterge do a search for Olympic Arms Forum its called Oa2 mainly oly people but they seem to have a variety of brands also, you can talk to some of the biggies from the company including the president at times.
We were brothers then,We are brothers now, we will be brothers forever Currahee
Been an Olympic Arms owner since the late 90's, and I can attest to their accurracy as well as their quality....to the point where I own two...a CAR-97 and a Plinker. The PCR (politically correct rifle) was bought during the AWB and lacked a bayonet lug and had a fixed (pinned) stock that I replaced with a six-position stock, and I added Pachmayer grips. The Plinker has been left factory stock. Both are extremely accurate out to 300 yards ( farthest I been able to test them at outdoor ranges in my area. )
ya i just got the rifle today and slapped a browning holographic sight on becuase i had nothing els and i am varry happy with the gun i just dont like the lowwer it looks like its cast so i might end up buying another cheap one to put on it
