The kits are fine. They can be found all over the interwebz if you look around. Judging by the comments below the picture, I might find another source if I was you. Seems like that site has had "issues" prior.
I got a set from him. He shipped them before payment. I like how the guy operates. Risky on his part. I was impressed. The quality seems better than the DPMS LPK I have here. Just debating on buying 10 more sets for butt stock parts in my AR's
