Beautiful rifle! I just got into ARs myself and they are a lot of fun to shoot.

As far as the right handed lower. . . I am also a lefty and find it is very manageable to work the mag release by stretching out my left thumb around to the right side of the receiver. My hand never leaves the pistol grip. Also try swiping the bolt catch/release with your left index knuckle/finger. Don't know how big your hands are, but its worth mentioning.

I've shot right handed rifles as a lefty my whole life.

Have fun!

Just a thought for you southpaws...

Ambi-Catch – This ambidextrous release is a patented “drop-in” replacement of the original magazine catch for AR15/M16 rifles. It gives both right and left-handed flexibility

Already ordered an Ambi mag release.

Diggs - I'll have to try that out. I am 6' and have fairly large hands.
