Want to get a good light and mount for my AR that is light weight but don't want to break the bank any suggestions? Don't want junk just good quality at a good price.

Quality at a good price is subjective. What price range are we talking about?

I have an INOVA. Carbon fiber, and you don't need tools to remove it from the mount. About $230 light &.mount:
It is an LED, three different intensity settings, 4 color flood or strobe...just depends on which one you want.

Lightest I know of is a surefire x300 or streamlight tlr 1s. Both have built in mounts and 170 lumens.

I forgot about the weight...INOVA weighs 4.5oz
125 lumens
MIL-STD-810F Tested
Waterproof to 66 ft.
Edit:
4.5oz is including batteries (123's)

Check out solarforce.com, i have 2 solarforce lights and love them. This one is the L2, its a 2 cr123 LED light and claims it has 350 lumen, it is super bright And keeps a consistant beam at 50+ yards.I also have the L2m which is the shorter 1 cr123 battery version, and still claims 350 lumen. The L2m is mounted on my M4.These lights are only about $30
