Wish we could get them here in California, but that will never happen. I use one a friend has in Nevada for when I go to shoot there. It doesn't make the rifle silent at all but reduces sound level by 34 db or so. Seems to reduce felt recoil and hop a little better than the brake I have. Would really go a long way for helping to keep my hearing when I shoot here in California. Also if you think a muzzel brake carbons up a perfectly good crown you ought to see what a suppressed can does. Alot of carbon to clean off the crown when done using one of these.
