It's a forum, but dedicated mostly to AR type weapons. They have a very popular EE (equipment exchange) section that you can get things for VERY good pricing. New and used.

I love this forum for all the 1911 and handgun stuff, but for AR's, I go with ARFCOM

I think you guys would be well-served checking out the huge resource that is FirearmsTalk.com before suggesting other boards. Ain't nothing like the wealth of experience and knowledge right HERE!

You can definitely install Magpul picatinny rails of multiple sizes onto the MOE handguard:

Check out this MiwayUSA search!

Not a big fan if the other site either. Nothing but a big commercial for whoever happens to be paying the most at the moment.

W/ companies like IWC you don't need add-on rails. They make mounts that bypass the rails. It makes for a slimmer better looking rail.

I've seen those before and was not sure until I checked out the site. I like the way these fit on the MOE handguard. I picked up the hand guard today for $30. I'll just have to find out if they have a ring for the light I have. I picked up a 400 lumen short light at a gun show for $40. It's a nice light and the 3 volt AA batteries last a long time and I have two rechargeable ones.

I have one of their MOE rail light mounts and it's very nice. Heck I have quite a bit of their stuff. It's always quality and always lightning fast shipping.

I have one better than that. This AR build I did is the subject of a sticky:
