Got one that has held up to firing, not sure it will handle any abuse. Once its together, not really any way to remove the safety IMO it should be a complete lower for the price and how limited your options are with it.
Woody, glad to hear you are getting this resolved......finally
well we will find out i just ordered one it wasn't a bad price either with shipping from plum crazy 125.99 + my ffl fee will be 25 so not bad at all ill let ya know how it works out
It only hurts till the pain goes away...
UPS just left. I have all three of the Uppers AS ordered along with the left handed Safeties. Called Paul at Stag to thank him for his efforts and asked if I could call upon him in the future as I nee parts.
With the exception of what I understand to be a fairly new employee and his lack of customer service experience, this whole experience has been great.
I can honestly say they have good customer service as well as a good product.
Next stop: Thunder over Dixie this weekend to pick up a few odds and ends and see what else I can find to get this next AR finished.
The biggest issue with assembling an AR isn't so much getting the parts together right - it's getting the right parts together.

Further update is that I tried the uppers on all of the lowers last night and OH MY did they fit great. Only way the finish could have been a better match is if they were anodized at the same time. Makes me think the dealings with that one guy was just a fluke that STAG will deal with and teach him better STAG Customer Service.
