Spike's receiver detail question

Spike's AR 15 stripped receiver is described, in part, as:
"Low shelf for use with RDIAS.
Is the Low Shelf part a problem?

This is where I plan to order:
Spike's Tactical AR15 Lower Receiver

The Low shelf part is the last sentence of the description which is otherwise positive.
thanks

Some people see the low shelf as an advantage but for 99.99% of us it doesn't matter. Don't worry about it, the Spikes is fine.

I think you're good to go on both counts. AIM is good and Spikes is good. With the free shipping and the transfer fee you'll be right where you should be for that lower. Really nice product. You're not going to be installing the parts for a full auto conversion, so the low shelf doesn't mean anything. :)

Low shelf and DIAS refer to the lower being machined to accomodate a Drop In Auto Sear.(DIAS)

It will work as a semi-auto like any other.
