Default Spike'k Tactical Reputation

What is Spike's Tactical reputation?
I have their stripped lower receiver and would like to stick to a good brand.
Their stuff shows up well in pictures.

They got a bad rep back when the socialist was elected for gouging prices but have come full circle lately. They offer a great product at good prices. Aimsurplus has the best deals on Spikes products. Check out their 14.5 lightweight, MOE, w/ Dyna Comp, BCG and buffer for just over $500.

mjkeat:
I really like that but it's sold out.
Do you know if 14.5" and DynaComp is ok in Florida?

As long as its pinned. I honestly would go 16" to maintain the ability to remove the muzzle devise w/o ruining it.

They pin and weld the muzzle device to the 14.5" barrel to obtain the 16" required by law.

A 16" barrel is usually almost 18" by the time you put a muzzle device on it. Piining the MD on a 14.5" barrel gives you a shorter overall barrel yet you still have the 16" ordered by law.
