I am in Central Washington.. Gun shows happen MAYBE twice a year....

Due to the Peoples Republic of Western Washington... Gun shows are not something that happens much... or are advertised

There is a big gun show at the Puyallup fairgrounds every second Saturday all year long.

You might want to visit this site and see if they also have one coming near you.

http://www.washingtonarmscollectors.org/calendar_insert.shtml

And if you do make the drive to Puyallup, Fife is right across the bridge and Sportco has black rifles and parts on the shelf, ready to buy.

I would have to agree. X-mark and ROG Tactical offered a great coupon, I ordered on a three day weekend, got a notice of sale, a notice that it would ship Tuesday after the Monday holiday on the saturday I ordered, and I had the parts in my hand by the end of the week.

Excellent service and great prices!!

With gas at 4.00 a gallon and rising, driving to Puyallup and back adds 100.00 to anything I buy. (I drive an Expedition). I can go to Wenatchee and get an Elite Operator 2 for 950.00 if I wanted a complete rifle.

I may just wait, and see what happens, hopefully the companies will get caught up and have things in stock after Obama gets booted out of office.

Hope you're right!

The biggest issue with assembling an AR isn't so much getting the parts together right - it's getting the right parts together. You'll remember the quality of a gun long after you forget how much you paid for it.
