Nice rifle, congrats on your first build. Sorry to hijack the thread but here is a testimony to the durability of the Daniel Defense product.

May i ask on the price range of this beaut? i've been wanting to buy one of my own but if i can keep at least 1 nut i may go all out and build one of my own

Right at 2000. But I go all out with guns so don't think you have to spend that much. One could build a good quality rifle for 800 easy.

Yeah, about half of that ($2K) depending on your components. My build with a DD upper + MOE handguards came in around $900 before optics.
