I believe Hi-Points shot by wanna be gangstas are the only modern firearms that take clips.

If you have a license and the money can you get a full auto kit for newer guns?

I have no idea. I do believe there is a lot of paperwork, red tape, hoops to jump through, interviews, bjs and money involved.
