Default sig twist

I have a Sig Sour 556 with a 1 in 7 twist, will it fire a 68 or 75gr. bullet acuratly, or does it need a faster twist?

That is a fast twist. It will do the heavy bullets fine.

M14s nailed it - You'll be fine. If you try to shoot the really light weight bullets you are going to run into overspin issues, but for the heavy stuff there will not be an issue provided you do your part.
