Love my recently acquired Sig M400 Enhanced. Put 400 issue free rounds through it while getting run through the paces by a SWAT sniper. He had me shooting from behind cover on right side, left side and bottom of window. Was able to hit head or center of mass on his call very well. I bought this gun for a home defense gun, nothing long range. I put a Burris FastFire II on it and it acquires target well. I'll pull out my Fulton Armory 20" when I want to tickle something at 100 yards or more!

Big mistake! Sig is one of the very top arms manufactures.

I rented and shot many Sigs lately and I currently own a P226 and it is very accurate, great build quality and flawless.

I'm also looking for my 1st AR15 and looking at the Sig models along with Colt's, Daniel Defense and Bravo Co.

IME, anything with the SIG name on it is top of the line!

Predatory business practices???? UHHHH....... Isn't that what we call free market capitalism???

I have never owned a Sig but producing a nice handgun doesn't mean you'll produce a good AR. I would recommend you wait until they are a little more proven or just go w/ one of the manufacturers you mentioned.

I'm not going to derail this thread, but there is a HUGE difference between predatory business practices and free market capitalism.

Well my friend, you're gonna have to explain that one to me. Competition is about winning.
