should i?
I'm planning on buying an ar15 when I get out of the marine corps in a month. The px here sells 30 round m16 Mag's for only 9.50 a piece. Should I buy some to take with me? Thanks for the advice.

Don't DO IT! Get out the Corps, the grass ain't greener on this side of the fence...lol. Depends on where you going on the mags though. Don't want to get in trouble with the Communist state of NY or another similar state.

Good price on the mags you could always sell em if you don't get an AR

Good luck. They are being very picky with the drawdown and all, plus with prior service you come back in at the needs of the Corps. I had a married couple (both Sgts) come back in when I was a recruiter. He got out as a helo mech and went back in as a grunt. She got out as Aviation admin and went back in as a cook.

Skip em and get pmags from magpul. I could have saved a lot. I bought a bunch of milsurp and between the few good ones and the ones i tossed i woulda been ahead if i just got pmags in the first place.
